The Bennies are an Aussie ska-punk powerhouse, born in Melbourne in 2009 and now calling the Gold Coast home. Their sound is a high-octane mashup of ska, reggae, punk, dub, and the occasional metal riff—all delivered with relentless energy and legendary, unpredictable live shows.

After shaking up their lineup a few times, The Bennies have dropped five full-length albums and a stack of EPs. Their big break came in 2015 with the anthem “Party Machine”, which landed in Triple J’s Hottest 100. Since then, they’ve been tearing up stages worldwide, hitting the road hard, and teaming up with some of Australia’s most iconic names in the scene.

Since 2022, Tim Horgan and DJ Snes Mega have been steering The Bennies with a fresh lineup. They dropped the single “Let’s Have a Party” in 2024, then lit the fuse on their latest album, “You Can’t Put Out This Fire”, in April 2025.
